Vivek Group was formed to give UAE property owners a simpler way to look after their buildings. Instead of one generalist trying to do everything, the group is organised as three specialist companies, each with its own trained teams, equipment and management, sharing one head office, one quality framework and one commitment to the client.
Vivek Technical Services handles electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building maintenance, from emergency call-outs to annual maintenance contracts. Vivek Cleaning Services delivers contract and specialist cleaning for offices, retail and managed residential buildings. Vivek Kumar Cleaning Services focuses on homes: villas, apartments and the families who live in them.
Whichever company you work with, you get the same things: people who turn up when they say they will, clear quotations with no surprises, supervisors who check the work, and a group behind them that takes responsibility if anything goes wrong.
